• Do not use chemical cleaners or harsh solutions.
• Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth after each use.

Shipping Within India

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and payment method. If the product is readily available, you can expect delivery within 5 to 9 business days.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping at a flat rate of ₹3,000.
• Please allow 6 to 10 working days for us to process your order before dispatch. Transit time will apply after the order has been shipped.
• Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and its import/customs regulations. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7 to 11 business days, depending on your location.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges will be as per your country’s regulations and must be borne by the customer. These fees are to be paid directly to the courier or customs clearance agent at the time of delivery.

• Returns and exchanges will Only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.

• We take a lot of care in ensuring that the product is packed properly and sent to you. Incase of damage, please inform us along with photographs of the product and package within 24hrs of receipt.
• In case of a return, Please inform us within 24hrs of receipt of order. Please email us at info.niyathi@gmail.com with a photograph of the product and the package.
• Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
• We will issue a refund (including shipping charges) to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
• Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
