• Keep your pieces away from abrasive surfaces, direct heat, or open flames.
• Do not wear your jewelry while sleeping.
• Store in a clean, dry plastic container or zip-lock pouch. Avoid velvet boxes, as they may retain moisture.
• Do not use chemical cleaners or harsh solutions.
• Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth after each use.

Shipping Within India

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and payment method. If the product is readily available, you can expect delivery within 5 to 9 business days.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping at a flat rate of ₹3,000.
• Please allow 6 to 10 working days for us to process your order before dispatch. Transit time will apply after the order has been shipped.
• Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and its import/customs regulations. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7 to 11 business days, depending on your location.

• Returns and exchanges will Only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.

• We take a lot of care in ensuring that the product is packed properly and sent to you. Incase of damage, please inform us along with photographs of the product and package within 24hrs of receipt.

• Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
• We will issue a refund (including shipping charges) to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
• Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
